1. Introduction

Welcome to BookletPro ("we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information BookletPro processes and how it is protected when you use our apps on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

2. Your documents stay on your device

BookletPro turns your PDFs into print-ready booklets entirely on your device. The PDFs you import, the booklets you generate, your chosen page ranges, binding margins and page numbers are processed locally and are never uploaded to us or any third party.

3. Data Collection

We do not collect personally identifiable information. With your consent, we use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data that helps us improve the app, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• Anonymous app usage patterns (for example, how often booklets are generated)
• Error logs and crashes

This data is anonymous and is not linked to your identity. The content of your PDFs is never included in analytics.

4. Analytics Consent

When you first open BookletPro, you are asked whether to enable anonymous analytics. You can change this choice at any time in the app under About → Enable Analytics. If analytics are disabled, no usage data is collected.

5. Advertising

The free version of BookletPro shows occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). The ads are non-personalized: they are not based on a cross-app advertising identifier (IDFA) and the app does not track you. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may still process limited data such as approximate location derived from your IP address and ad interaction data.

Where legally required (for example in the EEA), we ask for your consent using Google's consent flow before any such data is processed. Purchasing PRO removes all ads.

You can remove all ads by upgrading to BookletPro PRO. For details on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see Google’s Privacy & Terms and the AdMob documentation.

6. In-App Purchases

BookletPro PRO is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payments and entitlements are handled by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to understand anonymous app usage. Firebase may process device information, anonymous app interactions and crash reports. For more details, see the Firebase Privacy Policy.

We use Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display ads in the free version. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. See the Apple Privacy Policy for details.

8. GDPR & CCPA

Analytics are collected only with your consent and are anonymous, so we do not hold data that identifies you. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify or erase personal data, and ads are always served on a non-personalized basis. Residents of California can opt out of analytics at any time by disabling them in the app.

9. Children’s Privacy

BookletPro is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
